very very very very late! The email from Seamless said 25-40 minutes. After an HOUR it still didn't arrive. I called twice to the restaurant and they said "5 minutes" and it never came! I called a third time and they put me on hold forever. I hung up. The food eventually came, but I'll never order from them again. the food arrived cold and soggy

My smashed up pizza came in a smashed up box, my garlic knots did not come at all - in place of them was some sort of beef and cheese turnover, and my salad came with plain balsamic vinegar which is not a dressing by itself. I ordered it with vinaigrette. The pizza had an average taste with a pretty bad crust. Again, amazed these places survive in the pizza mecca of the east coast..

I ordered from here and they did not deliver everything I ordered ( the main part of my meal). I tried to call them and tell them they forgot part of my order but the person who answered the phone tried to tell me it was delivered. Then after a few minutes of arguing with the customer(me) he said he will send again. Then after an hour and a half I called them back and asked where was my order and he tried to tell me the delivery guy was there and rang the door bell but nobody answered. THen I called the delivery guy and he said the same, however after I asked him if he would come back and I would wait outside so he would have to worry about ringing a doorbell. He asked for my address. So I am still wondering how this person rang my doorbell without knowing my address. I called back the restaurant to explain to them that the delivery person did not know my address, then I was treated rudely and told that I will have to wait now because they have a lot of deliveries. If you want to wait a long time for your food I would at least go somewhere else. What they did deliver wasn't really that good anyways, so I'm mostly upset at myself for putting up such a fuss over something that doesn't taste that good.

Was alright. I wasn't looking for 5-star Italian food. The delivery was speedy, but the food was your typical fried chicken parm and frozen jalepeno poppers thrown into a fryer. Would have liked the option to select grilled, breaded chicken, rather than fried for the parm.

Garlic knots were very good! The pizza was really good too with the exception that the box was soaking wet because of the rain. However, I think some of the pizza was unfortunately damp.

The pizza was a little overpriced in my opinion, 16.00 for a medium one-topping pizza, but it was decent. The delivery was slower than the expected time they gave us.

Have to try the buffalo wings. They are spicy and a family favorite. I am a frequent buyer of amadeus, and continue to go back because the food is just so good for a great price.

REALLY? I WANT MY 20 BUCKS BACK!!! How anybody rated this pizza any more than 1 star is just beyond me. I'm assuming the 5 stars came from folks here on vacation? This pizza should be banned from NYC. I should have known better ordering from something with "Formerly Ray's" in their name.

The Philly steak sandwiches are the best. The garlic knots also great. Pizza is ok, not spectacular, certainly not as good as Ray's. Great service, fast delivery. Order from there all the time.

I've been getting pizza here since I was a second year in law school way back in 2000 and the sauce and the cheese isn't something that will compete with the best pizza in terms of the light sauce and thin crust of the John's on Bleekers of the world. HOWEVER, it is the best tasting quick fix in midtown west or times square, hands down!

This is hands down my favorite counter pizza in the city. Just phenomenal on all counts. The italian entree dishes are pretty amazing as well, though incredibly large portions. Very easily split. Sandwiches and non-italian stuff can be questionable though, so order at your own risk. I've had both good and bad experiences.

Ordered a plain cheese pizza- not bad, not the best. Crust is softer and thicker than I like. Overloaded on the cheese (and I like cheese)- sauce was okay. Won't order the pizza again, but the wings here are pretty solid.

Great pizza place, especially late-night. The pizza and pasta are excellent and very reasonably priced. The ziti with meat sauce is fantastic! The veal parm hero is good and a nice size. Don't stray too far from these staples though. The best cooked pizza crust in Hell's Kitchen. Ask them to make it extra crispy for you in the special instructions and they're very accommodating.

I ordered calamari, and it was not edible. They were heavily breaded that you cannot even recognize calamari and also burned. Garlic rolls were a bit better, but not much. I am afraid that was not just badly prepared food, but something really unhealthy and hazardous for ones gastro system.

The worst Italian food in the neighborhood. Good if your just having a few slices at 3am to soak up the alcohol from a night of drinking but otherwise don't bother. Baked ziti was nothing more than boiled ziti with pizza mozzarella tossed on top, eggplant was over salted, calamari was burnt and had the texture of month old licorice, the spiced sauce which is good to mask really bad pizza was not appropriate for all Italian dishes. not worth money at all. save your stomach and go elsewhere.

The chicken finger combo is one of the best meal deals in the city. The chicken was tender and I loved the honey mustard sauce. It was served up with a big tray of french fries and a large soda to wash it all down. Speedy delivery too.

The food is good, and arrives fairly quickly, but they CONSTANTLY mess up on details. On three different occasions they sent me Diet Coke when I requested regular Coke. Most recently, I included a special note emphasizing REGULAR, NOT Diet Coke, and they still got it wrong. They also forgot the extra parmesan cheese on the side I asked for. It's like they don't bother to read the notes included on the order at all.
